Saxo Brake Pads Same As 205?

I've got some saxo pads laying about, to me they look identical to the 205 pads, would i be correct in assuming this ?

Rear pads are the same between a Saxo VTS/VTS and a 205 1.9 GTi.

 

Not sure about fronts, but I thought that they used different calipers (and thus pads) but I've never looked too closely tbh.

some did use Bendix pads like the base model and 1.6 on both solid and vented discs, later ones with vented discs have ATE calipers like the 306 DT+1.6.

.just whip the 205 ones out and compare

The pads between both cars do look very similar but sadly dont fit each other
