Eliganza 2 Posted May 24, 2011 Has anyone had experience replacing the front panel on their 205? Mines looking a bit worse for wear so I'm thinking about my options. I can get a pattern panel for around £50 but I suspect the fit will be absolute balls; alternatively, could I get one off a scrapper easily enough? Should only be some spot welds to drill? swordfish210 20 Posted May 24, 2011 I think you can still get them from Peugeot. I've never replaced a 205 one but done a few others, get yourself a decent (and i do mean decent) spot weld drill bit. Then when you go to fit the new panel you can mark out where all the old weld points were, then drill the new panel and plug weld it on. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
