harryskid 193 Posted May 23, 2011 I have got myself a nice replacement door as the bottom of one on my rally car is rusting away. I have to respray the new door and also fit perspex instead of the glass. Can any one please tell me how to remove the glass. I have looked in the Haynes manual but its a bit vague. smithy 1 Posted May 23, 2011 once door card is off you will see some 10mm nuts that hold regulator and channels on,there is also a T30 holding the vertical guide in at bottom of door latch side,once all removed guide the reg assembly off window (wedge window with screw driver) then the glass can be guided out.
