Breather System On The Xu10

one problem that i keep seeing pop up is the breather system on the 2.0 8v turbo engine which supposably also causes crank pressure and also does damage to the turbo seals causing the engine to smoke? iv im wrong correct me where but someone stated once if you fix the breather system then the turbo will not smoke? is this true? and if so how would you go about fixing the breather system? what needs to be done?

 

i know about the certain seal you can get in the turbo but it is rather expensive to have the turbo rebuilt so there must be other ways around this?
