Who currently in the uk does there standard of work, where do the old staff work, or where does one go to get a top spec XU9 built or re-built?

blacklad - the guy who did the heads for Longman (was it Joel, I think? Can't remember) has set up by himself and continues his good work. I don't have his details but I know Andy Baker at AB Motorsport is in regular contact with him - give Andy a ring, tell him Dan told you the above, and he should be able to help.

Cheers for that, its for a mates car and he was thinking about ringing mass to top and tail the motor, but i`ll def pass on the info you gave me.

dad said that richard longman's health has been a bit iffy, hence the shut down, but he is still doing the odd engine here and there.
