No Fuel Or Spark

Copied from the 309 forum:

Ok so I managed to get my VTS conversion running to get me down to Swansea, albeit a bit rich without a lambda sensor but it ran fine otherwise. It started up fine the next day twice, but another day later I went to move it and it wouldn't fire. No spark or fuel. I've tried a 2nd unlocked ECU and another double-relay unit that comes out of the loom near the ECU plug (thanks Ash), but so far no joy. The fuel pump should be priming on the 2nd click as well, but it's stopped doing that too. I've tried bypassing the inertia switch as well which didn't make a difference either.

In my hunt for poor connections I found these 2 plugs behind the fuse box that look like they should be bolted to the chassis as earths, does anyone know what they do?

Also this little red wire with a blue plug was loose behind there.

I didn't find any duff fuses or anything in any place I looked either. there are 2 relays at the back of the engine bay on the passenger side that look past their best from the outside. Could these be relevant to it?
