Work has been getting in the way of getting this done but the turbo engine is now back in and being plumbed up!

The intercooler at the front will be fed by 2 large scoops in the rear windows!

Yeah saw this at Pugfest, looks really good in the flesh and blokes I was chatting to were nice answering all questions and the mrs even asked one... Why's the engine in the back and stated must get noisy in there

I love these wide arched cars and fair play for creating a modern take on it. I have a 4X4 Cossied T16 Kitted one myself which I am about to finish rebuilding following a large refurb and repaint.

 

Here it is before it went for paint:

I think caddyshack got the urge for a wide arch 205 after reading my restoration thread on another forum :D nice to see it on here all we need is a rebuild thread now :D

I don't want to go off thread but mine was built in 1996 and it was high time for a rebuild as every panel had some sort of scratch of damage and the styling was stuck in 1996 too. I will do a build thread as soon as I am unlocked for making new threads. It now has a stack dash, flocked interior with leather RS seats, new cage, new fuel tank.......thanks for the nice comments and welcome on here!
