Turning Over But Wont Fire

I have a 205 gti 1.9

 

The headgasket, cambelt, waterpump have been changed..

 

It turns over but just wont fire..

 

The Ht lead are in the correct order..

 

The cambeltis timed correctly..

 

I am so confused why it wont start..

 

We have had the dizzy cap in almost every position but it just wont fire.

Need more info.... are you getting a spark? are you getting fuel?

 

im sure we can get to the bottom of it
