Sad Pipe

Recommended Posts

right guys finally changed the sad device in the 205,she is doing her job now 1500rpm from cold cutting down to 900rmp when warm. my question is the pipe that comes from the rear of the sad to the pipe on the throttle body,i think it is a bit soft and squigy, i was thinking of making one that does not crush so easily, hence not restricting the airflow, has anyone done this in the past? and did you have good results?

the pipe on the early cars were steel from the SAD to the underside of the inlet, though the pipe from the inlet rubber elbow is always rubber, there's not that much vacuum so if the pipe is not perished I'd leave it as it is.
