Twin 45's Cable Question

Just a quick question for those of you who have twin 40/45's etc on a 205. I have currently got the standard cable operating my linkage. My linkage is for a twin cable setup, what I would like to know is - Where about do you fit the 'pedal block' that allows two cables to be fitted? I was having a look on the car last night and I dont see how it can go on the throttle pedal without affecting the travel of the pedal

Any help appreciated! Also pictures would be good!
