Gti6 Temp Sender - 205 Clocks

hi all,

 

with the search function down im looking for some info guys, what temp sender is commonly used with the 6 engine and 205 clocks?

I sure I removed the 'brown' (air con?) sensor near the thermostat and replaced it with the temp sensor off the 8V engine.

I just spliced in the wires from the 8V dash to the 16V loom, seems to work fine, exactly like the 8V, fan comes on at third bar (i think) as per before.

Ahh but im not running a '6 loom mate, mines on carbs and mappable ignition
