Ride Height

i have a 309 gti beam with 20mm tb and soon a nice 25mm arb

 

and i will be upgrading my fron gaz gha to golds.....

 

anyways, i need a standerd ride height measurement i can work from front and rear but i cant use the sills (autodata measures from the sill) or wheel arches which most people seem to work to as i have a dimma style kit.

 

 

if anyone can help????

 

i know there are many threads about ride height already before i get attacked.... but they all measure from the sill.

why can't you use the sills? if you cant where the hell do you jack the car up at the side of the road?

i havnt made much sense in this topic!

 

good question i call the rac as i have no spare or jack

 

the part the jack would "sit" on the sill is still visable the kit stops at the lip hanging down, but thought it was measured further upwards in a diffrent topic where mine is coverd by the kit.

 

do you have an exact measurement tho welshpug for the lip of the sill where the jack would go?
