The problem being around here, No one really deals with Peugeot !

 

I do have an afr gauge in car so I can adjust fuelling myself if need be.

doesnt matter what badge it has, just find a good mapper that has worked with your ecu

awrite craig i take it you had your car mapped at dastek in dalgety bay , i had mine mapped there a year and a bit ago, im running jenveys on emerald management with the cat cam inlet only on standard pulleys and my car made 194bhp at the fly on those rollers

I did have it mapped there yes, Did you get a flywheel print out ?

 

They had just had new rollers installed not long before I went and Russ said they were notorious for giving low at wheel figures due to the twin roller set up, Or so I was told !!

 

I've since sold the full jenvey/lumenition gear and now have emerald and Colin/Sandys ITB set up and the car goes for mapping again next Wednesday to a a firm in Falkirk.

 

Since I've moved to Emerald I actually think the car feels a hell of alot better already from cold start/idling to normal driving and it's only on a base map at the minute, I was never happy with the way it was before.

 

I assume your quite happy with the outcome of yours, Certainly a good fly figure anyway.

i do have a printout from them but as im in afghan the now i cant put it up for you till i get home (hopefully home tomorow )

 

im happy with my car it goes well on the road the only probs is ive never got round to sorting the cold start out on it but other than that its good

 

the only thing with dastek was i felt they ripped me off big time for mapping but as no1 else dealt with emerald in scotland that i knew of i had no choice other than pay for my car to go down south ,(didnt choose a mapper b4 choosing my management schoolboy error lol )

 

who is doing your mapping in falkirk im 5 mins away from falkirk and havent heard of any mappers in tht area , ill put up the printout when i get home m8

Well to put an end to this, I would finally say the car is mapped and mapped well.

 

Seems to drive really well no hesitation etc and pick up from low revs in any gear is spot on.

 

I ended up selling my original Jenvey/ Lumenition kit and fitting Colin/Sandy ITB's with emerald management with the rest of the engine being the same as before.

 

The car made 163bhp at the wheels ( Approx 195ish Fly) and 165lbft torque.

 

Have to say I'm more than happy as the car feels quick.
