Interior Revival!

Recommended Posts

the 205 had been off the road since 2000 and sat in parents garage. Brought it up the road at Christmas and its now living in a nice bubble. Well decided to bring it out today and get all the mould off the seats and was amazed at how well its came up with some leather feed and a good scrub!

Will need to get the exterior sorted out now.

The body has been restored but all the panels need tidied asnd blended and I'm thinking I'll just get it wrapped rather than sprayed. Bit away from getting that done though :(

I'd found a very good phase2 interior about 10 years ago and a virtually new grey carpet and its not really done many miles since I bought it. Car has 207k on it but I've had it since 93 when it had less than 50k on it and I've tried to look after it. I've used gliptone liquid leather a few times and also autoglym leather cleaner, suppose that might have helped keep it good. Although it did sit in the garage for the best part of 10 years with no treatment at all.

It has a mint rear ph2 parcel shelf in it but its black and doesn't suit the ph1 plastic so if anyone has a mint grey one and wants a black one them I'll do a straight swap.
