Hi All,

 

I have pretty much given up trying to source an bracket for the Motronic AFM, does anyone have a picture of one so I can make one?

is this the standard fitment bracket that fits around the battery? if so ill get a pic of one today for you.

I'm not even sure how that would attach. I have one from the standard AFM to mount in its original place but the Motronic AFM has different mounting points.

 

I have looked at all of the engine bay pictures I can but unfortunately the bracket is obscured.

That bracket would be the wrong one. Someone has cut it up as it should also have somewhere to mount the fuse box. It's what holds the box thing on the later diesels.

 

As for the AFM bracket, I'm sure they are the same..

I didn't know whats its for tbh. I had a look in the box of 205 gti bits i collected when i stripped out the engine bay for my conversion.

I have the standard bracket from my 205 but by the sounds of it this isn't the one you need??
