Rev Counter Blue Plug

Hi

Can anybody tell me where the 4 wires that come out of the back of the instrument panel to work the rev counter should go to ?

There is a white, green, blue and yellow.

I have everything else done but I would hate to lunch it at this late stage

Forgot to say its a 306 gti6 engine fit to a race car 205 with very little electrics left hense its not just a plug in job

Blue is the rev counter signal wire from the coilpack originally, afaik white is power via the fuse box, green earth & not sure on yellow, my car only has three wires to the blue plug iirc.
