Tu24 And Xs Head Inlet Ports The Same?

As title says are they the same as I have a inlet for a xs head for 40's but have been offered a tu24 head so I would take it if they are the same

As far as I remember the difference is only on the bolt patern. The inlet ports are the same I'm pretty sure.
