Sometimes It Starts, Sometimes It Won't.

hey guys, rather strange problem with my 205, probably something simple but I'm fairly clueless.

Sometimes it will start straight up, no messing. Other times it'll turn over but not kick up, it sometimes takes 4 or 5 attempts to get it running. I gave the battery a full charge just to rule that out, it still has problems starting now n then.

Anyway if you guys have any ideas I'd really appreciate it.

My 205 dturbo does the same, either starts straight up or just clicks the relay oon the fuseboard.

Sounds to me like it could be the tachymetric (fuel pump) relay on its way out- it isn't reliably working so when the car won't start it is because there is no fuel pressure.
