205 Mi16, Cut Out And Won't Start

Difficult to say for sure as it depends what donor car the loom came from, how whoever converted it did it, and where they mounted the relays. On a 405 they were in a box on the drivers side turret, not sure on a BX. I've seen them in a number of places on converted cars, including dangling down the inner wing, mounted neatly in a box on the drivers turret, or stuffed up under the dash somewhere.
