Looks suspect to me, As said wrong loom in the car as the coil should be on the inlet as it was from 1990, And has the twin fan relay box which normally means A/C is or was fitted, plus should have a plastic cam wheel cover and not metal so a engine change along the way which could result in why the loom was changed.

Price wise I'd say no more than £800.00 as it is as it's far from original without even seeing it

 

K plates where normally Red carpets and non cat, even some L plates had the alloy inlet manifold
