Couldn't Sell My Car!

After a long hard time thinking I decided I was going to sell my phase 1 1.9 non sunroof GTI. Having owned the car twice over a 2 an half year period (travelled all the way to birmingham to buy it back). I took it off ebay 3 hours before the end as I just couldn't see it go! Being a student for another year means it is going to be hard to keep but have come to a comprimised and I am fitting a 1.9 turbo diesel engine just to tie me over until I qualify.

 

I have done a lot of work to the car over the last year and will be getting some up to date pics up soon and will make a post when I start the engine conversion.

Any ho, would be interesting with a DT in it! Bet it will be the only phase1 with a derv! About his time last year I thought about selling the Rallye (low on funds then) but each time I drove it, or even looked at it I couldn't,
