Anthony 1,002 Posted March 29, 2011 It's not screwed on as such, but a sustained pulling upwards whilst twisting approach normally succeeds in pulling the gearknob off (and smacking yourself in the face with it!) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
GLPoomobile 958 Posted March 29, 2011 Twist it 90 degrees to either side first of all. Then from there you need to tug whilst wiggling it about and twisting it a few degrees either way. It'll come loose eventually, and now that you know about the risk of a broken nose hoefully you'll be ready for it when it breaks free Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
