Garage Wall Art

Hey, I'm thinking of getting some pictures printed up and framed for the garage wall to brighten the place up a bit. first of all - if iv stolen your pics..sorry

 

Does anyone have anything better than these in a decent res? i like the idea of the original 205 adverts but cant seem to find any decent quality images.

 

if you know of any better looking images please share

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I'll post up some pics of the garage when i get some bits done, work bench in etc, just getting it ready for the 205!

I don't know about hi-res images but you can buy the adverts off e-bay in what looks like pretty decent quality and A3 size. About 3 or 4 quid each. Just search for 205 gti adverts.

I have a huge genuine 205 T16 poster I think from the Acropolis 1985 that you can borrow and get reproduced if you want (or perhaps offer me a decent price for it as I am hanging onto it for the day when I will be allowed to display it in my own house!!). I'll try and get a pic if you want Colin

I have been buying old posters for my new garage that is being built at the moment, there is a guy on ebay that sells the A3 ones and they are spot on and will look good all framed up and on the wall.

It is approx 100cm x 70 cm (39 x 27 in). It looks like an Evo2 spec from 85 on the Acropolis but most likely made in 86 as they were World Champions then

 

I many have another one of these posters too like what is up in my sons room

 

This would be stunning to have one one wall and a great inspiration. I have access to the Peugeot Sport Press Site so I can probably get this in monster resolution too.

 

Or you could probably repaint this quite easily yourself

I have a load of old peugeot advertisments in my garage and some track day pics of my 205 and 309.

You can get copies of the peugeot posters on ebay. I brought most of mine at car shows like the classic car show at the NEC. Those tyres of shows have loads of traders selling peueot art and memorabilia. I also have a large metal peugeot lion/service sign i got off a closing down peugeot dealership

my garage walls are covered in paint and shelves with a few daft posters,

 

i bought these posh posters for my bedroom wall though, they werent cheap but are high quality 309 XS and GTi, 205 T16, Escort RSTturbo and 205 1.9 GTi
