hi any help needed

 

after finally getting around to fitting an std oil cooler with mocal sandwich plate of ebay. seen HERE

 

i came across the problem where the std oil pipe are the incorrect fitments for the mocal sandwich plate.

 

does anyone know the male thread size of the std pipes

and

does anyone know what adaptors i will need to make this setup work.

 

any help or knowledge would be grateful

sorry cant help but......

most people will tell you that a oil cooler serves no purpose on a 205 not even on a track car.

with a sump guard fitted you dont get much wind over the sump to help cool the oil. if you have a bearing man near they can tell you what thread it is.

Thats a std 1.9 cooler bodged upto a Mocal plate, they can be BSP fittings normally but can be JIC I think it is. I'd be tempted to get a decent cooler and new pipes those look in poor condition

 

Just seen the price, thats allot for that I'm afraid

I think the seller is a forum member.

 

Wouldn't you be better off with a sandwich plate with an inbuilt thermostat?
