I've just priced this little lot up on the GSF website and comes to circa £600 with the VAT (wonder if i can put it through my books as motoring expenses MMMmmm i wonder...)

 

Front Struts

Rear Shocks

Driveshafts

Steering Rack

Timing Belt

Timing belt tensioner

Cylinder Head Bolt set

Cylinder head gasket set

Sump Gasket

Front Discs

Rear Discs

Alternator Belt

 

 

What are their parts like for fit, quality and lifespan after fitment????

 

Also which brake fluid is the best to use?

Have a search around and you'll find allot of answers to your questions, But I've stoped using GSF now which is a pain and I know the Area Manager persoanlly so that should tell you something without me saying anything about the parts,

 

Things like Dampers are B4 Bilstein on the front, OE on the rear, Sump gasket I'd go OE as these are by far the best quality over patten parts, Gaskets again go with Payen as the rest are quite poor
