Some Help On The T16 Ecu

Hi Guys,

 

I'm asking on behalf on a friend that is building a T16 306 Dimma.. He's having issues with the ECU which from what it sounds like its locked. He's asked around the best he can where he lives but no one really knows much about it or i think can read it.

 

So what I'm after is if anyone knows the best places to enquire about getting it unlocked so he can start the car.

is it actually a T16 engine or just a turbo'd 16v lump? the engine code would help a great deal.

It is a proper t16 engine. I've got pics of the engine at home which I will post up

Rob_Turbo on here can unlock many ECU's for a very reasonable price, so worth dropping him a PM to see if he can help

I would speak to Ecosse. Matt up there has run a T16 track car for many years, has performed numerous T16 engine conversions and services a concours winning UK 405 T16 too as well as can upgrade the ECU to approx 280bhp
