Do all 205's have the same subframe and steering rack?

No, the GTI's and some diesels shared the front subframe but base model ones are different. The steering racks come in either PAS or non PAS with the non PAS ones being 3.8 turns lock to lock and the PAS ones being about 3.2 but other than that they are the same.

There's also two different types of non-PAS steering rack - one type with a square-drive pinion, and one with a spline-drive pinion.

Also GTI and TU sub frame cars have the mount for gear linkage 'L' bracket in different places.

Gti and DT's share the same subframe, base diesel and XU automatics have a different subframe but share the same gear linkage mount position and TU cars share the same NA diesel/auto subframe but have a different gear linkage mount position.
