Does anyone know of any van rental companies in Gatwick or Heathrow?

The only one I found to have available vans between the 24th-27th February is Thrifty in Gatwick but itcosts £240 for 3 days!

Thrifty is very expensive, I used Europcar when I rented one and it was much cheaper!

I would look at all companies not just those at the airport. Many will come and pick you up, meaning you can use a cheaper firm not based at the airport, but located nearby.

 

I've always used Enterprise van hire as they are local to me, they are well priced in my opinion, at one time you could hire a Transit Connect for £25 a day.

What van were you quoted £240 for?

 

last time I needed to hire a van I used the local ford dealership's commercial arm, got a 3k mile swb transit for £115, collected one morning returned the next afternoon
