driving to work in my peugeot 307 the battery light came on so i kept on driving then a few more dash lights came on then it just conked out,i changed the battery but now there is no spark any one got any idea,s

The battery light to me would indicate alternator.

but i put a new battery on fully charged and it wont start as there is no spark,it turns over but wont fire

which engine and what year?

 

crank sensor is fairly common if its a TU.

Multiplexed 307s won't fire unless all the sensors report correctly. It does sound like an alternator fault though. My HDI 307 did something similarish but it turned out it had broken the cam pulley! No lights on the dash though
