not all the same, there's a fair few different diameters.

price and data is all on servicebox :D

Phase 2 800 SWB have the 21.3mm bars, most others have 20.5mm.

can also be found on 600 765 and 800 Phase 1 SWB vans, though 600's do come with 20.5 as well.

only way to be certain is to take a vernier calliper or buy new :P

515066 Right TORSION BAR 65.69 GBP

515063 Left TORSION BAR 65.69 GBP

+ vat.

20mm bar of circa 1028mm length with 9" lever (trailing arm) give or take a little bit = 131 lbft.

21.3mm bar, roughly 168bft.

Those are rough figures, I've never measured the specific length of the trailing arm, and the 1028mm is the total length of the bar.

If the bars fit, does trhat mean the whole beam is a straight fit? like as a newer alternative to the majority of tired 309 beams?

No the axles are completely different.

Its based on the 405 beam, it'll fit a 405

they were a strange mix of 306/zx/xsara inner wings subframe and bulkhead with a 405 rear beam and floor.
