Head Skim

I have just picked up a corsa 1.2 with the idea of repairing it and selling it on, its a 1,2 automatic so dont even want to look at the electrics, but the engine management light is on and when i went to turn it over it seemed awfully easy. Continued to do a pressure test and came back with 40, 40, 140, 40 across the cylinders.

 

So im going straight in with the head gasket is gone, the filler cap is a bit mayo-ey and ill know for sure when i get the rocker off. But does anyone know somewhere (maybe even a member on here) that has a setup to pressure test and skim a head down in bournemouth or the surrounding area??
