Thicker Torsion Bars

I am currently after a set of 23mm torsion bars for my 205 rally car

 

I looking I found THESE. There a little cheaper than other on the market.

 

Has anyone had any experience with these?

Looking at where they are made, I'm guessing this is the same chap that used to make them for 205 Parts. But I am not 100% sure

Having just had 8 pairs made I'd also like to see his response. I get mine made from EN26 then hardened and tempered. That was approx. AUS$900 per pair and should have been a lot more. The H/T component really bumps up the price. Some people just make them from a large lump of steel and hope that they never enter the plastic zone. You might get away with it on a 23mm bar. I had some 21mm bars made once for a rally car that weren't h/t'd. They went dead on the first outing and stayed sagged. Once H/T'd they were perfect. Good luck!
