What Measurement For Standard Ride Height?

Hello, I shall be building up my 309 gti beam shortly, with xsara vts ph2 trailing arms. to fit to my 205 xs shell, with cut arches (in progress)

i will be using standard 309 torsion bars and anti roll bar, tho i am considering using partner bars.

 

what i want to know is, i have read the 309 beam makes the car sit a little higher than usual, how much do i lower it to get standard 205 gti ride height? and how high does a 309 gti beam usualy make the 205?

i've just had a thought.

 

are you planning on using the car as rally or just fast road? as if it's rally, the 309 beam on a 205 is not a popular upgrade

I have heard mixer reviews, so i want to try it myself.... i may like it. if not i will have a 309 beam to put on something else, or sell on.
