The road test ones were all A reg A706 something Coventry based from memory. Most have now been modified and crashed or rusted away as the shells didn't have as good rust protection before C plate

used to see this car kicking around town (barrow) and wondered what had happened to it.

Before it got modified it was in pretty poor (but original) condition with rottten wings and sills.

These early cars are getting very rare now. Be nice if it was put back to standard but there are quite a few bits changed on it.

 

There is a B reg on there too at the moment. Less messed about with but has 1.9 wheels and seats.

 

Amazing to think these are getting close to 30 years old now, the 205 still looks fresh and stylish today!
