Can anyone identify if the unwrapped mount is a pattern or genuine item?

one in bag is genuine

 

and other pattern

 

is it you i've just bought these off, as the 3rd pic is the same as ebay add

I'd imagine both were genuine but the one out of the bag has discoloured.
