Who Can Help Identify These Cars

Recommended Posts

jonnygoodhand

I have been sorting through 400 odd pics of cars shells, trying to identify them and the following remian a mystery.

I'm sure some are blindingly obvious, but my eyes have given up talking to my brain.

Any suggestions are welcome...

And no, I am not a Triumph statto, a good friend of mine and his brother have 4 Triumph TR's between them.

7) Does look somewhat like an Anglebox, but the bonnet opening looks wrong, didn't the opening on the Anglia extend much further forward and weren't there lips to the wheel arches?

I don't think it is an Anglia either.

I think it could be a Sunbeam Alpine.

Firenza for sure.

Check the vents under the windscreen and the way the front wings slope back where they meet the lights:

Definitely not a Karman Ghia. There's not a hole in the boot floor for the engine if you look closely. B)

A good point well made. LOL
