Lights Dimming Whilst Driving

When im driving along at night my lights are flickering. Getting dimmer then brighter!

What could this be? Alternator?

Yes it could be or it could be loose connectors or a bad earth.

I bet a quid its the altonator... A half decent garage should be able to test it for you, and you looging around £50 for a re-cond unit

 

In the past iv found if the earts were dodgy they lights wouldnt flicker they wouyld just die...
