Evening all,

I have been gathering parts to put my twin 45's (thanks Wardy!) on my 1.9. I have just about got all the necessary components, however I am unsure as to which fuel pressure regulator I will need to drop the pressure. I will be using the standard GTI fuel pump.

I have come across this one -

Click

Will this do the trick? Are there any others?

Thanks

Michael

I really would use a Red top pump (OR something along those lines) it's not good practice to use the injection pump as even thou you can buy FSE valves if it fails you will dump fuel everywhere.

That is the right one to deduce the pressure, Mind carb's like a lower PSI than 5

If your using your injection pump use the turbo carb regulator, has four pipes , In out, return and vacum. Just leave the vacum and plumb the rest up and job done.

Thats great thanks for your help guys. I also have a sytec regulator with a pressure gauge to put in the fuel line, which will allow me to keep an eye on the pressure as well as fine tuning it.

Cheers
