Plastice 'housing' Near Thermostat

Was just flushing out the rad/cooling system and came across a broken plastic pipe where the thermostat is. I can't find it on Service Box but it's in this picture - where C is pointing (although, C is only the hose clip)

 

Can anyone tell me what it's called and where I can get one?
