Can anyone point me towards where the problem is likely to be? I've found lots of suggestions for what to do if they don't turn on, but i don't have that problem.

 

It is a 405 if that is relevant. Any suggestions would be appreciated - not sure what could cause this. I've only had wiring issues in the 205 which resulted in them not working at all.
