205 Xs Heater Motor

Hi all,

 

I appear to have a problem with the fan motors on my XS, it's stuck on and using the dial on the dash makes no difference.

 

Is there anyway I can isolate the heater fans/motor for the time being until I get it fixed? I was going to try and put a switch on the power but I can't find the right cable?

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'm guessing it's behing the radio head-unit somewhere?

Chances are it is the control module that is knackered, this lives up under the dash, you can get to it from the passenger footwell if you stand on your head and look up, the heater fan is under there also secured by 3 screws.

I've got the same problem mate, seems like its quite common. let me know how you fix it and i'll let you know if i have any break throughs
