I had ordered some exhaust manifold gaskets so I can fit my stainless system, so I went to go pick em up. My 205 is my daily driver.

While I was there, someone said why don't you give the badges to me, so they did! The red is a slightly different color on one. The person who ordered them in originally said he didn't want them because of it, so they had to get some more...

 

Through my eyes, there is absolutely nowt wrong with them!

My dealer in Dundee not so good. I ordered an original replacement blank key. They sent the wrong one as it was nothing like the 205 one and then point blank refused me a refund. Said it was up to Peugeot to give me a refund and that they had refused. Said that there was nothing they could do. I thought about going mental about it. But then I realised if I got banned from the dealer then I would have no place to go for parts. I was really annoyed but it was only a tenner.

No, I was getting some paint from them and saw them on the side. Asked him about them....he said someone ordered them and wasn't happy with them. Cost think £105!!!

 

Bummer should've asked if I could have them, but saying that I don't need them.

You only get a 106 tear drop style key now from peugeot. Thats what you probably got. You can't get the originals any more. It will show you a picture of the original key, with part number, but that is not what comes and the parts men can't do anything about that. I got a handful of curtis copies of the original key, though that was out of an old peugeot garage from the 90's. You might be able to still get them somewhere, only real difference being no lion stamp on them.

I sometimes go months without seeing another one, but when I do I always wonder if it's someone on here. I saw a nice one about 6 months ago around the Goodwood area but don't think I've seen any since

When I was driving mine I didn't see one for ages in sussex area. But then I got me 6 and see more .... But there's not too many around. I was on me own in Bexhill still have me track 205 at least as miss it! Do you travel to Bexhill at all? I live near ninfield road...

Nope, rarely come that way.. I go Brighton way more. My 205 is completely road going as it's my daily car.

If you ever see a quite faded red F reg CTi going down Ninfield road, that's my mum. She works over that way.
