hi folks, just to say the car is on the road again, had a problem withthe ignition wiring to the fuel pump. so i ran a wire straight from the battery to a kill switch then wired to the pump. starts first time now. it has also added a bit more protection against theives i think. have the switch hidden where only me and my mates no where it is. woo hoo happy days. god ive missed driving it.

thats 1 of many jobs on the car today . just wired it as i needed it running . still having fuel problems under full acceleration the car is holding back, any of u guys had that , its mainly in 3rd,4th and 5th . might be my fuel pressure regulator. ?

i think i have read somewhere that some of the fuel pumps can cause that problem for some reason, think p1 pumps but not 100% sure.

also i had a 405 sri on a Hplate some years back that would do that unless tank was over half full, under acceleration it just bogged down, turned out to be a tank breather issue.
