Errr.... pass. I remember Paintguy talking about it in the past though, so a search might reveal something.

its called vinyl :D

Peugeot still do it afaik, its not cheap but is cut to shape ready to apply, you could replicate it quite easily with some vinyl yourself though if you know a local signwriter/vinyl wrapping specialist.

Peugeot no longer do them, as far as I know.

The bodyshop tried to get some new ones for my 205 around the middle of last year, and we had to settle for getting some of a 406 estate (i believe) and trimming them to fit.

Or just do what I did - remove it and repaint with black satin finish.

Or as I did with black electrical tape! It works a treat :o

Lots of people forget this when they respray and it looks crap without it as the windows don't tie up.

I bought some identical vinyl sheet on eBay which cost me £1. Looks spot on tbh.

All mine that have been repaintd have been done black. My bodyshop used the black paint code that toyota have for doing the pillars on the toyota landcruisers. It's a nice finish [not too shiney] and won't lift over time which vinyl can do :o.

You could even go carbon fibre effect <_<

Why stop there? Up the ante of tasetlessness by gluing sections of old porno mags in place and then lacquer over the top :P

Shruuup! I run carbon  I value my porn to much to cut up.

Vinyl 'Blackouts' is the name, anything of this nature is a sod to fit due to the bulge at the bottom.
