Crank Senzor Wire....

I have take some parts off from my 205 1.6 gti. I had find some interesting wire. A wire comes from crank sensor and they don't go nowhere. Somebody maybe know where it comes? A 1.6 gti need a crank position sensor?

 

This are a 3 wire from sensor.

It does not go anywhere, I think it just gets used when setting up the timing.

As above only used when setting up ignition timing using tep92 or diag 2000.
