Yeah those are just filler wire stubbies. Most are about an inch long.

Some of them I'm right at the end of a weld so use it until it burns my fingers off, some I chuck at a sensible length.

Cameron, do your welds have to be certificated, only asking as I know the btcc stuff etc have to be for regulations.

Might aswell chop the front end off to make it easier to weld the cage...then weld it back on :D

It's still a 205 silhouette, so still a 205 in my books. :D

MSA guidance on welding: All welding should be of the highest possible quality with full penetration and preferably using a gas shielded arc.

So no need for certification. :)

Everything in front of the B-pillar is already fully welded. :D

I'm cutting the roof skin off next, which will make welding the roof bars easier.

Pace sump has mounting point on the front of the sump where you could make an adaptor to mount to the chassis. Alot cheaper than above solution

Above solution is it becomes a stressed member in the chassis - front and rear. Looks like something that Ligier (the car in the background I think) would make...

I have mounts on my Dry Sump and on the bellhousing. I'm kinda spoilt for choice. :D

Water pump, or high pressure fuel most likely!

the larger pulley is probably the water pump with the top right either an idler or tensioner pulley

That isn't a juno in the background, and that sump certainly doesn't look like anything I've ever seen in a juno.
