Torsion Bar End Cap Thred Size?

In process of getting my beam together, removed the old rubber bushes and thought i'd replace the torsion bar end caps whilst i was at it but they were a right PITA to get out and i've picked up the threds slightly on removal. Anyone know what tap size they are? Not got round to getting any new ones yet to work it out just wondered if anyone knew?

iirc they are M30x1 or thereabouts.

Ok so my next question is has anyone got one of these i can borrow???? having trouble tracking one down and getting stupid quotes for a new one!
