What Pistons To Use For S16 Turbo

I have tried the search to get a definate answer, but have not found it.

Am I correct when I assume that a standard S16(XU10J4 RFY/RFT) block with flat top XU10J2TE pistons well give me a low compression engine and that this setup has no valve clearance issues?

 

There are Wossner 405T16 pistons for sale, can these be used to make a low compression S16, do they fit on the standard conrods(guidon pin with circlips)?

You can machine 1mm, possibly more, off the top of the s16 pistons quite easily, as I have done for my gti6/8v turbo build, using a 16v head with the early flat top 8v turbo pistons will give you low compression but I'm not sure you'll need it that low.
