Got my phase 1.5 coil removed and forgot to tag where the wires go anyone can help ?

i take it you have wing mounted coil?

 

on my phase 1.5 there are 2 thick red wires on coil +

it has got a yellow wire and green screened wire in 1 spade and then another green screen and grey wire in another spade both connected to coil -

 

from memory the reds are from iginition switch and then to ign amp

 

the coil- wires are from/to dizzy,ign amp,tachy relay and rev counter but a search will reveal more details should you need it.

The screened green wire does only the green wire go to the +ve ? or even the screen ?

mine are a screened thick wire with a smaller green wire coming out,it then goes to the -

the screen part does not go anywhere it has just got a insulating sleeve over it.

it is only the red wires that go to + all others are on the - post.

can get a piccy tomorrow if you want?
