Checking Wiring Continuity

Hi guys, much as the title says really. Is there a way to check the continuity of the wiring to the ECU temp sensor with a multimeter or something?

thanks, much appreciated. So let me get this straight, i could pop the connector off the EU temp sensor, bridge the two pins with a bit of wire then measure the resistance if any, at pin 10 (ecu temp sensor) and pin 5/13 (earths). Would this work??
